If you are running late for your appointment (brewing, winemaking or bottling), please call the store to inform the staff. In the event that you are late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you, but please understand that the store is on a very tight schedule and usually cannot adapt to changing appointments. Appointments more than 30 minutes late will be rescheduled. Late appointments on Saturday will incur a late fee.
