 Our selection includes white wines, red wines, fruit wines, dessert wines and everything in between.  The easiest place to start is by determining what types of wines you and your friends and family like to drink.

Except where indicated, all of the wine kits listed below make 6 U.S. gallons of wine (30 standard wine bottles). All subsequent references to gallons will be U.S. gallons. In addition, except for water, these kits come with all of the additives you need to ferment, stabilize and clear your wine.

The items listed above are wine ingredient kits only. In addition to the concentrate and juice, they contain all of the ingredients necessary to make 6 gallons of table wine (30 standard bottles) or 3 gallons of dessert wine (15 standard bottles). The ingredients include yeast, bentonite, potassium sorbate, potassium metabisulfite and a fining agent. Some kits also contain oak, ederberries, currants and/or a flavoring pack.
